Recent Hurricane Victims Receive Automatic Forbearance
Deerfield, IL
September 1, 2005

Borrowers living in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, or Texas impacted by the 2005 Hurricanes should review the following information:

For borrowers in repayment; IDAPP is providing you with an automatic 90-day forbearance. If there is a need to continue this forbearance at the end of the 90-day period, IDAPP will extend the forbearance an additional 90 days. You do not need to contact IDAPP or provide any paperwork in order to get this Forbearance. You will receive a letter and/or an e-mail telling you that your loan has been placed into a Forbearance status and when your next regular payment will be due.

For borrowers in school: You will retain your in school status.

Please contact IDAPP at 1-800-366-5755 or idappcustomerserivce@isac.org, if you have any questions, or to request that your loan not be placed in a forbearance status.
